I visited MVECC after I saw bleeding spot in my eye. It was an emergency type visit as I was concerned. I was greeted and felt at home when told them my issue and the ladies at the front desk were caring and understanding. They went and asked if I could be seen and after a few minutes and some conversation told me they would fit me in. Dr. Morris was great. Very thorough and assured me I was going to be OK. It was a huge relief. The whole experience was great and I'm going to switch providers and see them again. Everyone there was friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the whole experience. I will be back.

This place made us feel very welcome from the time we walked in the door till we left. All employees we encountered were helpful and cheerful. We arrived a few minutes early to fill out our forms (had been a few years since we did it last) and we taken back for the eye exams right on time. We found that both people that checked our eyes were explaining the procedures and what to expect. The eye doctor took time to explain the changes in our vision and also explaining the affects of Bell's Palsy on one of my husbands eye and healing process. They have a wide variety of frames. We were very happy coming here.

Today was my yearly eye exam, and I think my fourth year visiting Maple Valley Eye Care. I appreciate the text reminders (and ability to communicate with staff by text!) as well as the large selection of frames. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I was given several options for improving my dry eyes: at-home remedies, products that could be purchased, or surgical. Dr. Neal is very personable and explained the differences in my prescriptions in layman's terms. I definitely recommend him, and will continue going there for my exams!

My new glasses were a total miss. They redid the exam and glasses at no additional charge but it took more than two months to finally get my glasses. When I picked up my final pair, the optician was just barely courteous enough and spend about 5 minutes to check the fit. I've been to many different eye doctors across 5 states and this was my least favorite. I doubt I'll be back.

I have an problem with and irritated eye with discharge. I was able to get in for an exam quickly and was prescribed drops for an infection. I did the 5 days of drops without relief. I called to see if there was a different drop they might prescribe without another $300 office visit. I was told by the front desk that they would have the doctor reach out. Waited 4 days, called and checked in 2 times without response, then finally, 4 days later when I called to follow up I was told I have to make an appointment. I asked why I wasn't told on Monday when I called and was told they wait for doctor response, then they reach out to the patient.....only problem is that I called them they never reached out. Was told no advice or option except another $300 office visit. Clearly they are most responsive before they get your money, no response unless you pay more. I will bring business elsewhere. The rude tone from the front desk doesn't help....

They did a great job and were very understanding of my situation. I am recovering from a stroke that impacted my eyes just as my company changed our vision insurance coverage. The technician, doctor and everyone else was amazingly helpful and empathetic. They were thorough and listened to me droning about my troubles. Maybe too much droning, but they showed no signs of rushing me through, they adapted their approach to my situation rather quickly. It was my first experience with them, but I was immensely impressed!

The whole staff is kind, courteous, respectful wonderful. Dr. Montgomery always covers all the bases shows you what your eye looks like. I appreciate it. I appreciate everybody in the office I came from Arizona to see her. I've been with them longer than 10 years I think.
