They did not honor their warranty when I got a pair of glasses they asked me if they were for reading only and I said yes, but I was gonna use them mostly for reading, but I didn't understand that you wouldn't be able to see out of them any other way so they charge me another hundred dollars they never explained that to me in the beginning they ripped off my son's warranty right now that I have and now I'm gonna lose my warranty with them too that I just paid for I would not recommend going to them They compared themselves saying they were a boutique. They're not no Costco. I'll tell you what I'm going to Costco. I would've gave it zero stars. I'm very very unhappy that I got ripped off

Thank you so much for helping me today with getting new glasses. I walked in today and needed new glasses because my glasses broke in a SxS accident. Instead of making an appointment to come back to get new glasses they made time for me right then and there. So thankful for there help. Staff is amazing.

Hands down the easiest and most convenient eye care I have ever received. I love the text messages they send - I'm never guessing when my contacts or glasses arrive. I had Dr. Beth, and I loved how attentive she was and friendly, along with Sammi, and all the other staff. 10/10 recommend!

I hadn't been to eye doctor in years. The whole team was delightful from reception to exit. The team helped me pick my glasses, gave me instructions on adjustments and options. I would highly recommend this office for checkups and glasses. Well done ladies, you are a great team.

The professionalism and outstanding service i received at Newport Vision Source, is in fact due to the top quality people who work there. I was evaluated for and received contact lenses. I was given instruction on the care, use and the technician was very patient with me. Over all a great experience!!

Overall, here's my honest review. The face of the company, the receptionist, was foul. Just, that her energy was snotty and above me, I truly felt. Now, the actual medical staff, the doctor, was very thorough and professional and, her assistant, very kind and understanding. I was able to use my Medicare here, and, I successfully was able to pick and afford a new pair of glasses, which can be an issue with economy and being on disability.I am a new diabetic, beginning to age, and, so are my eyes. So. I would say it was it good choice.
