Leslie is an experienced, friendly, and conscientious optician who will go the extra mile to get you the glasses you like and ensure they fit well. Great selection of frames, too!

The entire staff at HVAC is top-notch. From the moment u walk in they're on it. Even the couple times I've stopped in for a fix or tweak on the glasses I'm wearing, they never hesitate to help - for free. Dr. is super kind too!

In October, I was poked in my eye by walking too close to a tree because I was making sure I wouldn't accidentally hit our dog with the wheelbarrow. My partner drove me to the clinic and I told them what I had done. Even though I had never been there before because I had just moved from Whidbey, within 5 minutes I was shown into a room and the doctor arrived almost immediately. He looked at my poor eye after putting drops in and declared I hadn't hit my cornea. He gave me a bunch of sample packages of eye drops for the pain which was very nice of him. As I followed him to the front of the office, he turned and told me his first name and smiled. At the front desk, the women were very kind and scheduled me for an upcoming eye exam as it had been 12 months since I had been to my other doctor. I will be keeping this doctor and vision clinic for my exams!!

I am very disappointed with our experience with Dr.Shores, he treated both me my 12 yr old son with complete disrespect I am glad I went in the room with him. Knowing my child has some special needs he repeatedly raised his voice at him calling him a liar, shoving the equipment in his face, and telling me he didn't have time for us. It was a routine eye exam and he scared me and my child.

My daughter has been going to this Dr. for years. I took her in today to get new glasses. Everything went well. After she picked out her frames I was advised by the very nice woman who worked with my daughter that I should make an appointment because I have been using dollar store glasses for reading. The receptionist refused to make an appointment for me. I will continue to wear my $1 store glasses.

I've been a patient at Port Hadlock Vision Clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Schores is friendly, professional and knowlegeable, as is his entire staff. I wholeheartedly recommend PHVC.

Doctor is very good. Listens, explains and is very friendly. However, his nurse is rude, very unfriendly. Will not engage in polite conversation, does not use please or thankful. Reception staff great.
