Pullman Family Eye Care

I personally appreciate all staff I have come in contact with. All very kind and professional. I really love both Offices Moscow and Pullman! The Doc's work as a team to provide continuity of care if one is out of the office. They listen and have helped me get better after a year and a half of struggling with a difficult situation. I highly recommend this team!

Edit: Just a day after this happened, I got a call from the main administration who apologized and wanted to confirm everything that has happened. Honestly makes up for everything because their customer service was so quick and responsive to this, reassuring that they will solve this issue. Thank you to Nancy for reaching out and following up :) Although I do enjoy the Moscow service, I was running late to my appointment at the Pullman location and they cancelled my time slot for being 7 minutes late. I asked why 7 minutes affects my HOUR LONG appointment and they stated it puts other appointments behind even when I am slotted for AN HOUR. This is the fourth time I've been rescheduled for incompetence on their part. While they rescheduled my appointment as well, the front desk had given me three different times saying "someone is messing with my scheduler" in front of me. I had to ask the front desk twice after the rescheduled if this was the correct time. There is no confidence in times or whether I will be seen on my appointment time. I am more than disappointed with the service I received and I didn't even make it to the eye doctor yet. I advise the Moscow location as they will work with you even on their busiest days.

Both the ophthalmologist and their assistant, as well as the rest of the clinic staff, were very kind, respectful, and professional. The examinations were excellent and very precise. We are truly grateful to all of them.

I cannot praise Dr. Eisemann and the staff enough! She had been wonderful in relieving my eye swelling and pain and has so with extreme professionalism, compassion and unprecedented knowledge, I had seen other providers that were unable to relieve my eye problems. Bravo!! With much gratitude and thanks!!!

I recently went in to get glasses and for an eye exam. This clinic was absolutely amazing!! Everyone was so kind, caring and friendly. I've had bad experiences in the past but this clinic was very helpful. Dr. Brown was also so sweet! She has such a kind and calm energy, which made the appointment less anxious. 10/10 recommend coming here for any eye care needs!

I recently had an eye exam by M. Brown OD at the Pullman Family Eye Care. The facility was easy to access and the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt the exam was very thorough and complete. Marisa was open and quick to share results and comments and answer questions. I would not hesitate to go there again.

This place has one amazing staff and Doctors. They take the extra time to talk to you and make sure they answered all you questions. Plus they are genuine and truly caring people!! So glad to go to them!!

They didn't forward my info for lasik, they sent me 30 contacts when i ordered 90, then they "accidentally" sent me a bill for money i didn't owe. Genuinely the worst optometrist i've ever been to. (Pullman office)
