I would like to start this out by saying the store and staff are very pleasant. My 2 star review is due to lack of communication. I was called prior to my appointment to verify insurance (which they were able to do.) I had also asked ahead of time if they are with my insurance provider.Upon arrival I was told I needed to pay a fee for a service my insurance did not cover. Totally get that part, would have been nice to know ahead of time. After my exam I was sent to get my lenses filled. During that time I was told insurance does not cover this and I am to pay $408.00 just to have my lenses ordered. I have never had to pay out of pocket for this which is why I called to verify everything was covered. Total waste of time as I could have just found another place to go that would not charge me a dime. I will again state that the staff was very pleasant.

The team was fantastic! I was seen right away, and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Both Dr. Jasmin Stephan and the young lady who handled my intake were very personable, which I truly appreciated. The entire visit took less than an hour. Although there was a brief internet issue, they provided my prescription manually and assured me they would follow up by sending everything to my email once the system was restored. To my surprise, they did exactly that within just a couple of hours--without me needing to check in again! I also loved the convenience of scheduling my own appointment online and completing the intake forms ahead of time. Overall, the process was seamless, quick, and patient-focused.

Great experience... made sure my prescription was accurate and my eye health was taken care of. I liked Friday... they started my exam and went above and beyond to get my information correct for my insurance. Jasmine the OD was very thorough with my exam, she really did a good job. I feel like my vision needs were met and that I received more than I expected... in a good way.

doctor and other staff were insanely friendly and helpful, no problems there. the issue was the black man that initially scanned my eyes when i got there. idk what the deal was but he treated me so coldly i wanted to leave. he gave me misinformation about my insurance right when i came in, barked orders at me like a dog, left me behind in a room expecting me to be able to find him down the hall in a different room with no directions, extremely short with me, all around zero customer service skills. i was already nervous going into this appointment and he singlehandedly made the experience 10x worse. DO BETTER.

Staff were great but I waited for an hour past my appointment time. My daughter had an appointment as well 40 minutes after mine & we were asked to let someone go ahead of us so they could see us together. I declined that as I had been sitting there blind for so long I had a headache. The lady was kind enough to let my daughter go ahead of her so we were seen together but that was not an issue as I k ew we'd have to wait for hers. Just poor service around appointments.

It was a bit difficult to find in the mall but I am glad to have found them Friendly kind folks. The assistant was kind and patient The doctor was right on time. A referral needed was immediately arranged Plus it gave me an opportunity to visit the toys of Trendy Toys, Spencers and a store with hippy like clothes and bags. Awesome experience!

I was really pleased with the service that I got today., My sales person took extra time because I had two different policies and was looking to get two different pairs of glasses and they went over and beyond the call of duty to help me get the best deal. I've been going to Lenscrafters for probably more than five years now

A bunch of hidden/added fees vending insurance useless. Had a better experience shopping for eye glasses at Costco. Dr. Jasmin was pretty cool though!
