Just ordered my third pair of glasses from this shop over a period of three years! Could not be more excited! I have really bad eyes but I come away from this place with total confidence that everyone knows what they are doing, even with my eyes. Prices are fair, service is superb - these ladies are the best.

I brought in some glasses to see if they could be fixed. They couldn't. They replaced my frames for free from discontinued stock. It was one of the best and fastest experiences I've had with my eyeglasses.

I am so glad to have called The Optical Shop. Our puppy chewed up my ladies' glasses days before a bucket list trip. Thankfully, the lenses were still good. Within 20 minutes, they had the lenses in new frames. Thank you so much for your help.

They are AMAZING ... stop looking for a place to get your glasses .. you have found it. They are wonderful and so easy to work with. Not just the eye exam and ordering glasses process .. I'm talking about after that. When most companies leave you hanging ... My glasses became so scratched to the point that I wasn't able to see out of them anymore. I am pretty busy and saw on their website that I could text them for an appointment, this was already a huge selling point for me. I went into the experience thinking I would have to buy another pair not covered by my insurance. When I got a text right back saying that my lenses were under warranty and that they could submit an order for replacements without me having to come in, I was a little skeptical. However 2 days later they texted me once again and let me know the replacement lenses had arrived as promised and they I just needed to bring my frames in so they could swap out the lenses. Again I went in thinking I would drop them off and maybe get them back in a couple of days, Nope, I was pleasantly surprised once again they replaced the lenses on the spot , the whole interaction took about 30 seconds. I am beyond thrilled with their customer service, I highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you Optical Shop! Customer for life!

I'm so glad to find Dr. Fraire! She listened, and gave me the perfect prescription. I like that she didn't try to oversell me--which happened to me at two other clinics, where I ended up getting glasses that never seemed quite right (and one clinic tried to convince me I needed to have punctures in my eyes to relieve the pressure...which was non-existent). The opticians and front desk are very friendly and helpful. An all-around great experience--I'm a customer for life now. :)

Great, friendly staff from our first call through picking up our glasses. The woman at the front desk was extra helpful in resolving my insurance issues, and the guy who helps select and fit frames was really good at picking out stuff that I'd like and patient with my indecisiveness! The eye doctor herself was so nice, thorough, and knowledgeable. I love my new glasses!

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff was great. I would highly recommend.

I'm so pleased with the service I've received every step of the way with The Optical Shop. Everyone I had contact with from the receptionist to the technician to the Doctor is very pleasant, knowledgable, and upfront. Every detail seems to be well thought out to make the process for the customer as smooth as possible, which these days seems to be a (welcomed) rarity! I wish I didn't have to move from the area, and I could be a more regular customer, but I felt compelled to share my great experience regardless.
