I really liked how welcoming and friendly the people who worked here were when I first walked in. The office was clean and comfortable, and they had a good selection of glasses to look at. The eye doctor was also very friendly and seemed to be super knowledgeable. The doctor and his team were very thorough and I didn't feel like I was rushed through the tests or the process of picking out new glasses at all. I was glad that I chose to come here after reading similar customer feedback.

I had such a great experience bringing my son to Blink. Dr. Anderson was incredibly kind and thorough. This was by far the most detailed eye exam we have ever had, and she took the time to really listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly. We left with a solid plan for his prescription and felt very confident moving forward. Thank you Dr. Anderson and team for the wonderful care!

Friendly, took a lot of time to answer my millions of questions and explained everything. I never felt rushed, she was thorough and kind. The entire staff was welcoming and kind. I absolutely love Blink eye care! Dr. David Dionne is so amazing and makes the visit go by so smoothly. Tony helped me get contacts and was so wonderful and easy to work with. Sage was my technician and has been in the past and is always so sweet and kind! I would 100/10 recommend Blink eye care to anyone!

Switched to Blink Eyecare in 2024 due to proximity to my residence. Was sold into buying glasses and contacts (initially only went to buy contacts). Confusing price structure with glasses, and ended up being more than I anticipated. Called a year later to get another round of contacts, was told that I had a one year prescription as the doctor wanted to check my eyes again. I told them I had never heard of a prescription being less than two years, they agreed this was uncommon. Was then called back and told I had to see the doctor again if I wanted new contacts, but it would be free with my insurance. I advised I needed some contacts to tide me over till the new prescription, and the lady on the phone advised she would put in that request and put me on the waitlist for a same-day appointment. Never received a phone call, and when I did call back a week later, the person on the phone advised it would be $80-$150 for the appointment. I then advised her that I would be going somewhere else. The lack of follow up and professionalism from Blink Eyecare was extremely disappointing. I felt taken advantage of, and have talked with others who have visited this office and felt the same. It seems to me that they have a bait and switch sales practice, and I will be encouraging others to find a different eyecare office.
