They got me in for an appt asap, but there was no eye specialies when I got there I have to drive from Marysville. I mentioned on our conversation trying to get an appt @ the front desk that I need to see an eye speciallies. Charlotte was helping me she was very helpfull and book me an appt the following day but I got one already from another clinic. So I gave them 4 STAR after that

I had a terrible experience from start to finish. First, the clinic for some reason insists on taking your photo. Which for me is a huge privacy red flag. Second, they dilate your eyes every visit as a matter of course. They don't tell you this before you arrive, or when they put the drops in your eyes, they just do it and you find out later that your eyes were dilated. So if you're driving yourself be aware of this. My old eye doctor was modern enough that this wasn't necessary so I am not sure why this clinic doesn't use the modern technologies that make dilating not necessary. Last, the doctor would not listen to me. At one point he actually told me to be quiet and let him do his assessment (no joke). He had less than 0% interest in my experience in my own body that I have lived in my whole life. So it appeared to me that my assessment had no value as input to his assessment whatsoever. At the end of the day, his suggested treatment did nothing at all to help me with my condition. So, back to the drawing board looking for another eye doctor.

I had a very good experience at Cascadia Eye. Every employee has been more than helpful, pleasant and experienced at their job. They all went out of their way to make sure I was well informed, comfortable and well taken care of. Caterac surgery would have been very scary but from start to finish I well card for. The Doctors, nurses and the support staff was excellent. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
