Dr Alex Baldwin is professional and very helpful. Today my total was almost twice what I expected, and the older woman at the front desk was VERY rude to me when I asked about a payment plan that they offer. Could be worth training her again on customer service, our interaction has left me confused. I have been coming here for 3 years, and this is the first time I have had a negative experience. So if you're poor, go blind I guess. That's what she would want.

While traveling through I lost a contact plunger that's needed to remove my lenses. I stopped her hoping by they could sell me one. They didn't have a price tag for them so ended up giving it to me for free! They were so nice and friendly. I wouldn't be able to take my contacts out without this so I'm so grateful!

A couple of weeks ago I had a pretty severe corneal abrasion. I even visited the emergency department the night before and had no relief from the pain. After a horrible night of pain, I called Dr. Baldwin (my eye doctor) thinking "no way" would I reach him on a Saturday. He picked up the phone when I called and met me in the office. He was so caring and so knowledgeable. He put in a temporary contact lens (like a bandaid) and I immediately had relief. Thank you, Thank you....Can't praise you enough for you kindness!
