Dr. Schubach takes care of our entire family. They always make sure all 5 of get in there together. All 5 of us can pick out glasses that we like. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Schubach didn't hesitate to readjust our glasses until they fit our lifestyle!

Receptionist is always rude or at the very most not interested in being nice. I was just on the phone to make an appointment and she asked for the ID number of our insurance, I said I didn't have it on me right now and before I had finished talking she cut me off with a "call me back when you have the card". I've made appointments there and never had to give the card number over the phone. If it's a new policy that's fine but a small pause and maybe a "sorry we have to have the number to make an appointment now" would be nice. I'm going to go somewhere else and just pay for the exam out of pocket rather then give them my business, she has always irritated me how worried she is about how she looks and seems to hate her job.

When I came to Dr.Schubach, I was having frequent headaches while wearing my glasses for long periods of time. She gave me an exam and quickly discovered that my prescription from a different optomology business was far too intense. After playing dress-up with nearly every glasses frame model they had, I landed on a set I loved. A couple of weeks later, I was wearing my new, headache-free glasses! I often forget I'm even wearing them, but I've received several compliments on them since they arrived. I was also introduced to contacts through Dr.Schubach, and that has been a game-changer for me. I'm able to wear a helmet while riding horses and biking and not worry about discomfort between my ear and helmet due to the glasses temples. I appreciate the amount of time and effort she has taken to find the right prescription and brand of contacts for me. Now, I just have to remember to take my contacts out before I fall asleep. My vision is perfect while wearing the contacts and I can't even feel them, so it's easy to forget they're on. Thank you for the work you have done to improve my eyesight and quality of life.

The doctor is amazing there. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to engage in conversation. Will go back if needed. Very clean office. Smells great to. Complimentry water also. Not a big selection of glasses in a certain price range but if you have insurance that helps a lot.

2nd year, kids love going, shes very patient and kind. They Love their new glasses.
