Dr. Andrew Hunt never bothered to return my call after my exam (July 2025 ) when I had a question about my prescription. I called 3 times in a week and each time I was told he would call me and he NEVER bothered. Furthermore, I was told by office staff that they accepted my insurance and did not find out differently until after my exam when I was told it would cost $150. It should have been a 10 dollar copay! They in fact do NOT take UNUM vision insurance. Don't let them say that they do! It is NOT VSP!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HUNTS OR EYE WORKS!

Over 4 weeks to get your glasses in and they broke in less than a year and they won't stand behind there warranty. Poor customer service Do not take your business here.

Not very good from a customer service standpoint. As far as my doctor, he was great. Been waiting 3 weeks for my glasses, I am told by the front desk this is a lab issue, not an in house issue. I was told they cannot offer any kind of discount because it was nothing that they did. I was told I am sorry we didn't call you we have been very busy.

Went to Eye Works today to get a price on glasses. Was there from 2:15 - 2:30 p.m. Although there were 2 employees there they never asked if I needed help. Each employee waited on other customers and then went into the office without saying a word to me. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I love Dr. Andrew! He probably saved my life when I went in with a spot in my vision. He quickly figured out I had had a stroke and calmly explained what had happened and what I needed to do next. He had everything sat up at WVU so almost as soon as I walked in the door I was whisked off to testing. Thank you Dr. Andrew!!!!
