I have had issues with my eyes lately and needed an Ophthalmologist's services. REA in Fairmont was my choice, and shall be my choice for the future. My nephew, with special needs, was also seen at REA in Fairmont Both of us received thorough exams with complete explanations of our problems. Dr. Gamponia and Shannon were superb, especially with my nephew. The ladies in registration/appointments were kind and very helpful in forwarding information onward. We appreciate the care we received from Regional Eye Associates in FRMC.

The back office staff and the doctor were very nice, but the two girls up front you have to deal with are mean and quite nasty. After going twice and being treated badly both times by the front office staff, I transferred my records to another doctor. A friendly, smiling face should always be the first thing a patient sees; not a mean and nasty one. If you want friendly service I suggest going to another place.
