Walmart Vision & Glasses

The Optician was great. Went to the glasses side to pick out my frames. Person working never asked if I needed any help. I found a pair I really liked and went over to him sitting at the desk looking at his phone. He looked up and asked if I needed something. I said yes I'd like these frames. He took my prescription I paid and he said it would be 7 to 10 days. I was wearing an old pair that killed my ears. On the 11th day I called to check and they said, "yeah they're here." So no one called to tell me. I picked them, put them on and they fit fine. I kept seeing something out of my left lens and I thought they were dirty. After cleaning them I noticed there were several small cracks in the left lens. I returned them and they did return the money to my debit card. I didn't want to wait another 10 days when there are places that can have them the next day.

Went in today after having exam done there on the other side. We walked in and was never greeted at all. The one and only customer they had walked out. Never did any of the employees even acknowledge myself or my wife. So, after about 5-6 minutes we just walked out. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Never again will we try again at this location!

I had the pleasure of having Hollie and Kelly pick out my glasses. I think we found the perfect pair because they said I looked 10 years younger in them Will definitely be back next year.

As I was looking at your section of glasses because I have a appointment next week. I over heard one of your associates attending to a elderly man. This lady showed exceptional service to this gentleman. I will definitely be coming back to your establishment to get my glasses.

Every employee here is super nice and friendly. They take the time to make sure the eye glasses you pick out are perfect for you. Kelly really went above and beyond

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I got my glasses from the VA and these ladies always fit them for me and replace my nose pads whenever I need them. 5 STAR SERVICE

GREAT Friendly service. Knowledgeable! Affordable. Would HIGHLY rwcommend. Let me purchase glasses at location and pick them up at Wal-Mart closer to home. Warranty covers all but lost or stolen glasses. 10 thumbs up
