The eye exam was very good . But I. Having been wating for 28 days for my glasses. I pay over $1300 a I can not get a call back. There customers service is deplorable. You would think it not hard to make a phone call and up date you if something went wrong. And I am still waiting

Dr. Wylie and his staff is absolutely fantastic!! I had a implant and was scared out of my wits and the entire staff was lovely through the beginning and the end of the entire process.Its 5 weeks later and I feel terrific and can't wait to receive my caps.

I have been a patient of Patricia Wylie for many years and love the service and attention I receive when I am there or make a call to the office. My son is 9 years old, has Autism and is non-verbal. Everyone took their time with him and Dr. Wylie was calm with him and able to get a good look at his eyes! So happy he was so comfortable with them.

Company doesn't accept any form of insurance.. that tells you the reason behind that is to rip people off because Medicaid now has a cap on procedures .. out of pocket doctors shouldn't be in practice.

The place is ok. People are friendly and nice. BUT! The eye part is closed on fridays. So, when they call you Thursday to tell you the glasses you have been waiting on are in they don't mention being closed Friday's. So when you show up on Friday when they aren't there (the eye people) and you explain to the reception people you work nights only have one car and had to stay up several hours after your time to normally go to bed to be there to pick up your glasses, their response is "sorry we are dental". Just not very thorough and not customer oriented very disappointing! I'll not be back I'll find a different eye Dr.

Scheduling here is a joke, and I'm not sure what goes on in this place since they seem unable to keep my appointments and give them away...but my daughter's eye appointment was at 9:15 and we are still here with no end in sight. Pun not intended because nothing about this place is amusing to me. I just witnessed a man walk in and be told his dental cleaning that was scheduled for now, can't be done today because there's no hygienist.

Dr Patricia Wylie is very thorough. I've been in glasses since 3rd grade, her glasses are indeed the best I've ever been able to see.
