I unfortunately was forced to visit after my glasses got broken several years ago in college and if I could give the Doctor a zero I would! Both times I had to visit the doctor was extremely rude and short with me, felt like I was on eggshells the whole time. Example: Went for contact lens evaluation the second time and she asked me to take my contacts out, but when I asked if she had a sink to wash my hands she became irritated with me for whatever reason. Really needs to work on her poor attitude towards people. She's LUCKY I didn't report her to the board of physicians (pun intended)

This is one of the worst eye doctors I have EVER been to. The receptionist at the Glenville location is beyond rude. She is extremely sarcastic. She acts like it is a burden to do her job. The actual eye doctor isn't much better. She kept trying to push an add on to the exam I was already getting and I refused because I did need/ want it and she changed her tone really quick. I will NEVER go back to this office again. I would rather drive blind then have to deal with this again.

I was saw April 26th for contacts. I was very pleased with my first visit. My contacts came in and I tried them out for over a week. I called May 9th and requested a new trail pair because the ones I tried were not working. I was told they would be in in a few days and I would get a call soon. Once again I was was pleased and very hopeful I would be seeing well soon. I was wrong. Here it is June 6th and still no phone calls no nothing. I called for the 3rd time and complained that it had been about a month since i had heard from anyone. Also not even one apology today after I politely informed them that I was more than disappointed that I hadn't been contacted. As soon as I get my new pair I'm done here.

I received my new glasses on Wednesday and went back with the concern that I couldn't see well out of the right eye. Fran was supposed to get back with me on Monday. I have since left two phone messages. It has been 3 weeks without a response.
