You would do better to go out of town. I had my appointment and order3d my glasses they said it would be 10 to 14 days. I called at 14 days and they said oh they will be here tomorrow. Went to pick them up and they said they weren't there and they will call us...later in the week I got a call saying the lab couldn't make them with what I ordered and I needed to upgrade and it will cost an additional $70. 2 more weeks go by and I call and they say they have the lenses but did I order glasses? And say they never called me. So still no glasses and no resolution the person I talked to on the phone said I will hear from them when they know something.

They never answer the phone..and getting your glasses after an exam takes months....I only go here because my husbands insurance covers some of the expenses..id prefer eye Mart in Clarksburg

would give a zero star if i could for my experience.. last year (2024) i had ordered contacts & had full intentions on paying whatever the owed amount was for them; but when i did come in to pick them up, they told me i didn't owe anything on them (had help through dhhr.) well, i came in this year for my yearly check and they proceed to tell me that i owe $137 for past due amount on contacts & that had to be paid BEFORE i could be seen again. they did not let me know that before i drove all the way from preston county. don't LIE to your clients if you don't want to see bad things wrote about your business. i can see now why this place has so many bad reviews. it's sad too because i've been coming here for the last 20 years. i will be finding a new eye doctor.

It took 4 phone calls and 36 days to receive a pair of glasses that I ordered for my child. Absolute waste of time.

This is a very unprofessional practice. Now having the benefit of 20/20 hindsight (pun intended) of moving on to another practice with newer equipment, I can now see that the equipment used is older and the eye doctor that this practice belongs has very unprofessional standards when it comes to her patient relations and care. If you go in and can avoid having a 20 minute conversation about everything going on in her personal life, count yourself lucky. My family all have been patients there for years, mostly because of proximity of the practice to our home since there is no other eye care place in Grafton. Not any more. The drive is now longer, but the care is much better.

They are good with all 3 of my kids. Very nice and friendly

I was working in Grafton. Had a issue with my contact. I'm from PA and they took care of me within a hour of calling them like I had been there for years. Had me a new set of contacts and had me on my way safely seeing for the drive back home. Thank you!
