10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Scheduled my original appointment in September and couldn't get in to actually see the Dr until January 6, received a call to reschedule the appointment in December. The Dr opened availablity for January 15 so I accepted the change. Received a text of verification of the appointment almost 2 weeks ago. Then an emailed verification on Monday 1/12 and another link on Tuesday to pre-register for the appointment. My husband and I both took the day off and we Drove 45 minutes today for the appointment to only be very snidely told that they tried ONCE on Monday to call me and could not leave a message. The Dr had to cancel yet again. I pray the Dr doesn't have any family or health concerns. But this is a real disgrace that no more effort was made to contact me. I have 2 numbers on file AND an email that they apparently know about. I know it makes no difference to you, such a big company as this, that little ol me will never be a customer to you again, but I was a loyal patient of this location for 30 years. This is your final strike, I made this appointment out of loyalty and my trust has been broken for the last time. FYI the one star is only for access purposes.

So my husband and I both had an appointment at the office on 10:15/25. We both sat down with the lady that talks about what your insurance will cover and so on. Well we only had enough to pay for my glasses at that time because you know things are so expensive these days. So we talked with the lady and asked if we could call in and pay so much on my husband's glasses till they are paid off and she said yes and of course we both her her sat this. Well on 10/23/25 I called in to pay some on my husband's glasses and was told they don't do partial payment and that there was a miscommunication and when I said there wasn't the lady kind of argued with me that makes appointments. At that time, I told her I wanted to speak to upper management. She took my number and the manager never called back to me. This isn't good business so I recommend going to other my eye doctors and not the one in Keyser Wv.

The staff there were amazing!! Not only did they make me feel comfortable but they were able to help me find some relief for my condition! I have been to many doctors offices for my vision and most of the time I just feel like a number but at My Eye Dr in Keyser Wv, they truly make you feel seen and heard, as well as helping you along your journey! Overall, it was a great experience mainly because the staff is so helpful and sweet.

My son has gone to the Keyser location of My eye Doctor he got glasses in June of last year since then, in September of last year, he had an accident on a dirt bike lost his eye and vision in the other eye is distorted. I called my eye Doctor to set up an appointment. And they didn't even try to help me. Just told me that his insurance would not cover until June. I don't understand if someone has had an accident eye put out and distortion to the other eye. Why they would not try to see what they could do to get him taken care of. He goes to. Morgantown to the eye clinic and they said he needs to get glasses not the ones he had because they are no good to him now

The staff was very nice, polite and patient with me. When it comes to getting new glasses it seems to take me forever to decide on the ones I want. They were very good in helping me to decide which ones I wanted. Caitlyn and Dr Dayton we awesome to work with during the exam process of my appointment. They were very thorough and explained the results of my exam so I could understand. I highly recommend the New Creek office of MyEyeDoc and they will continue to have me as a loyal patient.... Great job everyone!!!

Loved getting eye exam with the machines and virtual Doctor. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I bought 3 pair of glasses and am happy with my purchases. Highly recommend MyEyeDr. in Keyser!

Went here in the Spring of '23. Had the virtual appointment with an eye Dr. via a TV monitor. Was fitted for glasses and also for contacts. The glasses were fine. The contacts were completely blurry in my right eye and perfect in my left eye. I requested to speak to the Dr. regarding my prescription as I couldn't see out of my right eye. I was refused. They passed along my message to the Dr. and I received a reply that the prescription was correct and there was nothing else they could do. I returned the contact lenses, although I was still charged for the contact fitting, and will never go here again. Upon going to another eye care Dr. I subsequently learned that anyone with an Astigmatism needs a particular type of contact lens, particularly a Toric lens. I had a tremendously better customer experience and outcome elsewhere. MyEyeDr in Keyser WV is less than desirable in explaining much of anything including how the process works, what to expect, or problems when the customer isn't satisfied. I felt like a number just being pushed through their system. Never again!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I came here for an exam about a year ago and got good glasses that helped me see a lot better. I also had an appointment today and got the help I needed.
