A girl named Jen works here and she is RUDE. She hangs up on you and then turns the phones off so nobody can call and get through to make appointments or anything. Hopefully they do something about this. It makes the company look bad.

Very disappointed today.. My appointment was at 11 so finally at 11:56 I asked how much longer...I felt I was passed over because 3 people came in after me and was seen... They didn't have a room opened in the back for me ( that's what they said) and then asked if I wanted to rescheduled... I said " No" and I won't be back ..

I was supposed to have an appointment today. Sadly, that did not happen. My physician sent in a referral that my insurance approved and rather than Even LOOKING they tried to charge me for an appointment that Medicaid would pay for. Tried to explain it but the woman at the check out was rude and snobby. They refused to even LOOK for the referral. They just told me I had to pay or I can't be seen. Do not recommend

The wait to get in to be seen was very fast. The doctor is phenomenal and took the time to answer all my questions and address issues. I needed to see a specialist and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly. Staff is very friendly and supportive! Took me forever to learn to take my contacts out and the gal that helped me was the best and pushed me through any discouragement. Top Quality doctors/nurses/staff!! Definitely recommend going here for your eye needs.

Took my 3 year old here and they were great. We rescheduled our first visit with a different doctor because of the pretty long wait time but our second visit was awesome.
Highly recommend Dr. Ethan Adkins !!!
Emilie Adkins did great with my daughter trying to get her to tell her what the pictures were and putting eye drops in.
the lady that helped us pick out glasses (didn't get her name) was also amazing because my daughter couldn't figure out which ones she wanted but the lady was super patient, let us go through them all and offered suggestions !

Me and my son seen Dr. Adkins today. And I just want to say they were amazing. I wish I would have caught the nurses name she was amazing also. My son is autistic and they were so good to him. I couldn't ask for a better place to go. Thanks you guys for being awesome!

I was so amazed at how friendly the staff was, my little boy seen dr.adkins & he was amazing with him & so nice! I can't remember the assistants name that took care of us, but she was phenomenal & definitely eased my little boy's nerves & talked him through it all & was so sweet! We will definitely be coming back for all our eye care needs. They were great & so kind!
