I was a new patient and was able to get an appointment right away...actually same day due to a cancelation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The doctor was very thorough. There was a nice selection of frames to choose from. A very good experience overall.

The staff is good. However if you fall resulting in injuries that require surgery they can care less also they have no insurance to help pay for your medical expenses. A handrail by the main door to hold onto would work wonders. They never once called to see how my surgery went.

My favorite! The ladies out front are so kind, and extremely helpful when it comes to scheduling needs, insurance coverages, and warranties. My daughter is a little hard on frames, and they've saved me so much money catching warranties I didn't even realize we had!
