On Oct.21,2025 I was in need of help with my right eye .I search for an eye doctor near my area this one had great ratings.So I called them told them my problem and that same day they saw me .Everyone in that office is professional but very friendly all my nerves went away Dr.Oritz was so helpful in explaining everything I was told I had Vitreous Detachment/Degeneration she explained it in a way so a child could understand it and then gave me information on it . Great experience! When it comes to my eyes I trust the care at New River Vision Care and Dr.Cassandra Ortiz !!

I went to New River Vision Care today with apprehension of the same ole, same ole routine of all the other eye places I had ever been. I left with a pleasant surprise. Dr. Ortiz has the best chair side attitude and manner I have ever seen. She is knowledgeable and explains tests and reason for test. She is kind and encouraging. I do believe I had the best exam ever, but it didn't stop with that. Everybody in the office was the most courteous and knowledgeable. I was treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend New River Vision Care to everyone.

The entire team is amazing. I've been having trouble with my vision changing throughout the day, possibly from dry eyes. The doctor didn't brush my issues aside, she is following up to see what she can do to help me. I really appreciate the time and care they take to make sure everything's correct and that you're happy.

She knows her specialty and shares that with her clients. Dr. White is current with new technology and research. The office is quaint and welcoming. Enjoyed this office when Dr. Willis practiced their and had that same welcoming and caring experience today.
