Been coming to this particular eye doctors for 15 years with great service until My Eye Doctor bought them!! They now officially suck. 4o minute wait for my appointment id made in advance!! Employees were apologetic but I got the impression that most of them have no control over anything! Waited over a month for my glasses, Kim was apologetic for the Labs incompetence. Again not her fault. The frames are not right, neither are the lenses due to the frames!! I'll be taking them back again today. Disgusted.

I did not have a good experience when I was there for my annual visit with Dr. Radwan in Feb, 2026. He seemed to just have a chip on his shoulder and quite literally argued with me that I did not get my last pair of glasses there. He had a bad attitude from the start. I waited almost an hour to be called back and dealt with his terrible bedside manner. I unfortunately will not go back. The opticians are good at what they do, so this is not a refection of my experience with them. They could see my glasses Rx easily in the system but for some reason the doctor did not (?) I have never been treated by a doctor the way this man treated me. I wish Dr. Lauer was still in town! He was great!

"The Longest Wait I Have Ever Experienced" I am leaving this review because my experience with MyEyeDr. was genuinely one of the most frustrating and unprofessional medical visits I have ever had. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This location needs serious improvements in communication, scheduling, and respect for patients' time. From the moment I arrived, the waiting time was unreal. I had an appointment scheduled, arrived early, and still ended up sitting there so long that I started wondering if they had forgotten about me completely. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if walk-ins and random delays are treated with higher priority than the people who actually follow the rules? It makes no sense. Not only was the wait ridiculously long, but at no point did anyone apologize or even acknowledge the delay. No "we're running behind," no estimated wait time, nothing. Just silence while people sit there wondering when -- or if -- they will be seen. I watched several other patients get visibly annoyed too, so I know it wasn't just me. This is clearly a recurring issue, not a one-time situation. What makes it worse is that staff acted like this was completely normal. There was no urgency, no communication, and definitely no professionalism. It shouldn't take hours to be seen for a simple appointment. People have jobs, responsibilities, medical needs, and lives outside that office. Respecting patients means respecting their time -- and MyEyeDr. failed miserably at that. By the time I was finally seen, I was irritated, exhausted, and honestly no longer confident in the care I was going to receive. The energy in that office is chaotic, unorganized, and not patient-centered at all. If they are constantly this far behind schedule, they need to stop overbooking or hire more staff, because this is absolutely unacceptable. This was hands down the longest waiting time I have ever experienced at any medical office If you value your time, your patience, or basic communication, please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. MyEyeDr. seriously needs a management overhaul, better scheduling practices, and staff who actually communicate with the people they are supposed to be helping. One star -- only because Google won't let me give zero.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Carrie. She was very detailed and explained everything. She also was very kind. The Optician Del gave excellent customer service and I felt confident with him fitting me in my new glasses. Thank you!

The techs got us back super fast and they were extremely thorough as they always are with the pre testing. Jetta and Jess were such a pleasure to work with today! All of the techs definitely deserve a raise for all the work they do for us patients and how they treat us like we're actually people and not dollar signs compared to past experiences here! Also Kim where they sell glasses was a huge help as well with making the checking out process and purchasing smooth!!

I would give zero stars if that were possible. WORST EYE DR's office I've ever had to deal with! I scheduled online and got a visit where you saw someone through the internet, didn't know that was a thing, anyway.. the prescription was WAAAY off so I said something, was told they would schedule with "a better Dr" the following day. Why is this first Dr even a thing? Again.. ok I'll see the second Dr . Second prescription, a little better, still not strong enough, and I was told "Your eyes will adjust" .. soooo my eyes are gonna suddenly need less of a prescription?? This was SIGNIFICANTLY less. Anyway.. I'm going to a good eye Dr tomorrow and paying for yet another exam and I will definitely never go to this place again

Took my sister to her appointment today and had a great time talking to the techs Jetta and Jess they got us back to them super fast and they really know what they are doing and how to treat patients! Did have to wait for the Dr got back later than what our appointment time was even tho we were on time for our appointment and being brought back for testing right after checking in.

Some of the people that work here are absolutely ridiculous. I changed my contacts to a cheaper brand and the guy I spoke to told me that I won't get a refund bc I have to pay for shipping and handling. I spoke to the front desk and the woman assured me that was not true. I was then refunded my $95. Today my daughter went to get her glasses adjusted. The woman that was adjusting them broke my daughter's nose piece and told her it was her fault bc she,"took the chance of getting them adjusted." This is ridiculous. She refused to replace her glasses she broke and then told her that the insurance that she paid extra for if the glasses broke, was only good for a year!!!! Horrible ! I definitely would NOT recommend this place. It's sad a few bad apples can ruin a whole experience.
