I have always had great service from Dr. Audia and his entire staff. Wait time is minimal and my experience is that the staff are friendly and truly care. I appreciate their competence and thoroughness. I leave the office each time motivated for self care and knowing the state of my eye health in comparison to the prior examination. Probably the best eye doctor in West Virginia, might be the best on the East Coast. He has treated me, my wife, my parents, and my siblings. Extremely knowledgeable. Paper-free, all electronic (and he led the trend to a paper-free eye clinic years ago). He trains his courteous staff very thoroughly. I had always sought out only the very best optometrists wherever I lived and worked; he is the best. Heartily recommend.

I had an exceptional experience at this optometry office! The service was incredibly fast, and I felt right at home with the cozy interior. The friendly assistants made the entire visit pleasant from start to finish. After having issues with incorrect prescriptions from other places, I was relieved to find Dr. Audia. He provided the best service I've ever received. My new prescription is perfect, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this place!

I have been a patient here for many years and I have always been happy with my visits. Dr. Audia is very thorough with his exams and explains everything well. The staff has never dissatisfied me either. They get to know their patients and treat them like family! Highly recommended!!

I was in his office couple of days ago, it's very cozy, and staff was so smiling and welcoming, the girls on reception made me feel like I just came home. Dr. Audia was able to find the perfect treatment plan for my condition and even suggested a financially accessible option that worked for me. 5 on the service ! I really like doctor Audia he reminds me of this firearms instructor I used to watch by the name of Paul Herrell (they kinda look alike too) either way he's very educated in his field and describes things in detail he isn't vague like a lot of doctors and doesn't treat you like you wouldn't understand what he's saying just because you don't have a degree in optometry he's very respectful to the common man he also isn't afraid to answer any questions you may have. Definitely my best experience at an optometrist and I would like to say I didn't get the kind ladies name who taught me to put my contacts in but she was an angel very sweet,understanding, and kind throughout the whole process so was the nice young lady behind the desk who talked me through the whole billing process all in all this is the best experience I've had in a doctors office and will happily be returning

Dr Audis was very god. I have a problem with my vision. He right down to the facts of my problem but compassionate He referred me to a specialist and his staff was quick to me an appointment. He's staff was very nice and professional
