We had the pleasure of Harper helping us! I had to drag two of my boys in with me to pick out my frames. Harper was very helpful the whole time! He was very friendly to both me and my boys. My younger son was trying on glasses even though he didn't need any, and Harper was complimenting him as well, and communicating on which was his favorites! He helped me pick out the shape I like & helped me find a second pair. Both pairs of my glasses were ready in 25 minutes. Harper walked me through what my insurance would pay & what I would pay out of pocket. He was very knowledgeable & I loved working with him!

Pick frames out, discuss what type lens you want in the frames, get the price, pay for glasses, come back when you glasses are ready, (they text you when ready to pick up), then try glasses on and adjust to fit how you like and you are done. They have excellent employees that are helpful, respectful and make you comfortable to assist you with your purchase.
