I have been a patient for 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. He is a wonderful eye doctor. I don't understand the bad reviews.

If zero stars was a option that would be my actual review. I had a eye appointment for 2 MONTHS. I was told my appointment was at 12:30. I was not asked what my phone number was upon calling to make the appointment. I arrived at 12:15.. 15 MIN PRIOR to the time I was given. I was told they were going to call me. I waited until 12:45 before returning to ask why I was never called. I was told to call them to talk to them. I tried 11 times and no answering. Someone finally came to the door and I was told my appointment was canceled because they neglected to confirm my phone number when I made the appointment. Long story short. Don't waste your time waiting MONTHS to get in for a appointment to just be told you can call to remake a appointment but they still don't answer the phone.

I'd give them an even lower rating if possible. Was treated like garbage and their prices aren't made known till you're hit with a massive bill. If you're looking for an eye doctor, GO ELSEWHERE!

Dr. Cline is ok. His office manager/receptionist has an anger problem and is unprofessional (his wife). She acts like she is the Dr. and makes his decision. Dangerous practice. Go Elsewhere!

Dr. Cline is very good and his receptionist was very friendly. I think the person who caused so many bad reviews is no longer working with him.

Very poor experience with this optometrist. Bad initial visit, went back for information on my previous visit and they wouldn't give my prescription, even tho I've gotten it from other providers in previous exams. If I could rate this a 0 I would. Patient beware.

Called for appointment,regular eye exam and was told 7 months away was soon as I could get in!
