Excellent service! They treated my seven year old so well and were so kind. Nick did an excellent job during his eye test explaining everything and making sure he was comfortable. Loved that they made getting my son's first exam and glasses so easy Doctor Kelley was very thorough as well. Thank you!

My mom asked the doctor if insurance would cover my little siblings' glasses in addition to the visit. He scoffed and said "Its not like Im gonna treat you better because of your insurance" and something along the lines of "you can go ask them upfront". He came off rude for asking a genuine question. She simply wasn't sure if insurance would cover both things like our last eye doctor, we weren't asking to be treated better..? Even my little siblings picked up on this and felt uncomfortable. Didn't catch his name but he was the guy who was balding in the middle with hair on the sides. Front desk girls were very attentive and kind. We'll be finding a different place

My daughter had her first eye exam and found out she needed glasses but could do contacts too! Kylie was so helpful in training her to out in and take out contacts! Thank you to Chris for helping us understand our insurance. Very pleased with the service we received and will be bringing the rest of our family in for exams!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kelley's for many years and he is a very good doctor however, his office staff is very rude and conceded. I do not care if they have been there for 10 years as I would not keep them for a month. I saw them 4 weeks ago and was told I should receive my new glasses within 10-12 days and well, it has been 4 weeks I still do not have them. Many other customers who came in in the last 2 to 3 weeks have received their glasses. This is not appropriate and they do not care! I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

I feel bad I can only give them a 5. Chris and Dr. Kelley were phenomenal. I went in for an exam so I could get some new glasses. Chris noticed something not ordinary with my vision. Talked with Dr. Kelley and they took some pictures. Noticed I had something going on with back of my brain and did a urgent neurologist referral. Found out I had a stroke and didn't even know it. Had the opportunity to observe Chris and Belinda dealing with other customers, very polite and professional. Totally don't understand how this place got negative reviews. I very highly recommend, best service ever!!!

I've had great experiences, from a routine exam to assistance on an afterhours, weekend emergency. I know his staff changed a lot around COVID times, but he has a strong group of knowledgeable and kind people. I would always pick the caring, local doctor over a franchise that is only focused on selling frames over patient care and disease management.

I originally had written this as a 3 star review because I had a frustrating experience after I had left my appointment. However, I feel that the office communicated with me and was able to help me resolve those frustrations. What will remain the same across both reviews is that the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, and Dr. Kelley was very good as well. I would recommend this office to people in the Beloit area.
