The doctor Shah is an amazing optometrist. My wife said she did a good test of her eye. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The lady at the counter is very very rude and doesn't have any respect for the customer. It started from the time we enter the store till we exit. The lady was kind of angry while taking my insurance information. The music was loud and irritating. The lady even told phone was ringing loud. We felt like that we did mistake by entering inside. It was not a good experience. When we showed interest in buying the frames and the glasses. We were told that go and search yourself. She gave us a tray to keep the ones we liked. We never got any recommendations. We felt like that they thought we are not buying anything and simply window shopping. For other customers, these ladies went to desired sections and showed them. We were never offered a chair to sit while finalising the order. We were told a copy of 10$ but charged 50$. When checked with the associate, her reply was still 10$ but my invoice has 50$ with a discount of 19$. Even after payment no courtesy. It was an unpleasant experience. We felt like we weren't welcomed and the staff was not interested to support us. I asked for any offers especially 50%, the one associate said that's online only and other said it is for second pair. Very contradictory.

Buyer beware! You may receive frames that were display models instead of the brand new ones you paid for. This happened to me: I ordered lenses and NEW Gucci frames at the Brookfield location on 12/8/25. I was called on 12/17 and message was left telling me my lenses were ready. I then went to the store and was told that there was a mistake and my FRAMES didn't get ordered on 12/8 when my lenses got ordered. I paid for frames and lenses in full, but the associate erroneously rang the sale up as "lenses only" so my frames didn't automatically get ordered and why I got a call when my "lenses"arrived. There was much confusion until the two associates figured out what happened. They were going to get the DISPLAY frames that people try on and drop in store and said my glasses should be ready in 1-2 days, that the lenses just needed to be put in. I EXPRESSLY VERBALIZED THAT I DID NOT WANT USED DISPLAY FRAMES. I said I had no problem waiting until they ordered me the BRAND NEW FRAMES. They told me that's what they would do. Well, I called on Friday and inquired the status of my glasses and was told they would have to have a manager call me because they didn't know the status. I said ok. I had called because I feared that since my order was messed up one time that it could happen again. I just really wanted to ensure that the frames were ordered no big deal on the time since things get delayed because of the holidays. Today I get an automated text message that my glasses were ready so I went to pick them up. Now I never actually received a call from anyone like was promised. I get home and realize that I have no Gucci dust cloth nor the certificate of authenticity!!!! My husband has many pairs of Gucci glasses and he showed me what they were supposed to come with. Knowing that my call on Friday triggered someone to grab the display frames and 2 days later my "glasses" are ready. I'm beyond disappointed that I was given the floor model frames simply because a manager most likely didn't care and didn't want to figure out when my frames would arrive. I am hoping Lens Crafters will make this right.

Generally speaking I love this store. The workers are very kind, and pleasant to be around and they always greet me quickly asking if I need anything. The doctors are very nice and warm as well. However, every time I have ordered glasses here, which has been several different times over the years, they are not able to find them at pick up. Once the buying process is done and I pick up it's all a mess and they never to seem to know whats happening or where anything is. I do like this location and will keep coming back, but it's definitely something they need to improve on.

Anna B., Mariah G. And Alivia D. Very professional. Took care of me even though i was 10 min late. Knew how to make my glasses look good on me. This company needs to give everyone a raise. The store will not run great without them. Very impressed with the service that they have provided today. Definitely recommend coming here.

When it came to the doctor service, it was great. When it came to the staff service, they made an error on lens and safty glasses and for got to apply the insurance. Also, its been 3 weeks since I did my exam and I still have not received my prescription safty glasses for work. Second, the staff told me she will give me a $30 discount, and I she didn't apply the discount for my safty glasses. First and last time customer. I will make business at another eye company.

Extremely poor service I have experienced with my prescription Meta Ray-Ban glasses order. At the time of placing the order online, LensCrafters clearly stated that the glasses would be delivered within a maximum of 7 days. Despite this assurance, there was no update or delivery even after two weeks. I was forced to contact customer care myself, at which point I was informed that the product was out of stock. This information was never proactively communicated to me, which is completely unacceptable. I was then assured that the glasses would be delivered within a week. Since then, I have followed up multiple times, only to receive vague responses and no resolution. Each interaction has required me to chase your team for basic information about my own order. Most recently, on December 23rd, I was explicitly told that the glasses would be delivered on December 24th. Once again, this commitment was not honored. This entire experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer communication. Delays may happen, but failing to inform customers and repeatedly providing false delivery promises is unacceptable--especially for a prescription product.

I spent almost $500.00 on my glasses & that was not with the bells & whistles. They were the bare minimum progressive lenses. The kind that the trifocals were not blended to make eye adjustment easy. No Blue Light Protection, only the standard anti reflective, UV Protection, & it says I have scratch resistance, but you can't tell. My lenses scratched really easy and I am very careful & particular about cleaning my glasses. Honestly, I have never spent that much on glasses & this is even with my insurance. I called ahead to see if they had a lab where they could make my glasses the same day as my exam. They said yes! NOPE. That was a lie. That's the only reason why I went there, 30 minutes away from my home. AND, my eye exam was done virtually on an iPad at their clinic/store!!! But here's the real banger: my exam/prescription was not even close. I was giving my eyes time to adjust. 6 months later, I noticed that my eyes were hurting & I was getting really bad headaches. I was still struggling to see. I had to squint to read on a computer screen that was 2 feet away from my face. So I went to Visionworks and had an IN PERSON eye exam. Found out that my iPad exam at LensCrafters was WAY OFF! They underrated one eye and overrated the other. Their axis number 50 numbers too low. Basically, it was completely WRONG. I sent an email with the proof of discrepancies and didn't hear back. So I called. I am still waiting for a supervisor. I really wanted transitional glasses because I still need a prescription for sunglasses, but could not afford it. Between my janky lenses & my daughter's readers, I spent over $1000.00 on both pairs of glasses & that's with insurance. I will gladly take my family to Visionworks where the staff & eye doctor was PHENOMENAL!! LensCrafters should either give me what I paid for, plus what I really wanted on my lenses or they need to give me a full refund so I can get what I need & want at a fraction of the cost. (The white & blue is my Rx iPad exam from LensCrafters. The black & white copy is my correct Rx exam at Visionworks. The exams are 6 months apart).

I was there with my 85 year old mother who broke her driving glasses. Anna B. Assistant manager took great care of her. She had and exam and help her find exactly what she wanted taking into consideration her eye insurance benefits. Anna did and excellent job explaining everything and was very compassionate.
