This was my first visit with Dr. Bowen and the staff at Family Vision. I highly recommend them. Everyone was friendly, professional and compassionate. The 2 ladies that performed the various tests were awesome, explaining all aspects of what I needed to do. Dr. Bowen was professional and explained what was going on with my vision along with possible treatments. The ladies who helped me pick out my new frames were incredible. Altogether, superb visit and would recommend them to anyone with vision issues.

The optometrist spent a good deal of time explaining the findings of my exam and my options. It was a very good experience. I've been working with Dr. Bowen for a bit now on and eye inflammation issue. I must say he's very kind, cares, and didn't jump into the most expensive treatment right away, but also shows his concern and explains things very well.
Update: I've been getting the IPL treatments for dry eye and while they can be intense, the LLLT part is relaxing. Love Dr Bowen and the staff.
