Optometry services for new glasses was timely. The staff communicates to each other well. I received an estimate for new glasses and good advise concerting options. My questions were answered. I'll probably return to buy after I look around a bit.

Absolutely amazing experience. Hadn't had an eye exam in years and they made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything they were doing thoroughly. Kept things very casual rather than clinical, but still professional, which means a lot.

Great experience here. Office is well organized and had modern equipment, everyone was helpful and professional. Most importantly they focused on the health of my eyes and eyesight rather than trying to just rush me through to sell me new frames.

Was my first time going. And I couldn't be more pleased with how well they take care of you. All the staff was immensely, polite, and knowledgeable. And my exam went wonderfully and all my needs were promptly taken care of. 10 out of 10.

All of the staff were wonderful! I always appreciate them taking the extra time to explain how our Insurances work and help find glasses that look great! This place has been a family mainstay for a long time now and we couldn't be happier.

My wife and I had very thorough eye exams and received new presciptions. Very modern equipment was used. Time was taken to address any concerns we had. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Twice now I have made an appointment to get new glasses & they dont schedule the eye exam, just the appointment for me to pick out frames. Where else would I be getting my eye exam done? I take off work to make appointments there because I work 6 days a week. It is extremely disappointing to be turned away for something that could be easily avoided. They did offer me another appointment but I couldn't wait four and a half hours. I'll have to wait until next year now. In my opinion, if a customer calls to "get new glasses" it would be in the business's best interest to confirm with the customer if they have a current prescription or if they need an eye exam done. It would avoid any confusion and potentially give said business more profit. On top of that, the last time I needed to pick up my glasses from there I called to see if they might be ready because it had been the few weeks I was told it would take & I hadn't heard anything. I have to schedule for someone else to pick them up for me because of my work schedule. The woman who answered the phones seemed very annoyed with me calling & said I would get a text when they were available to be picked up. I work in customer service too. I get that it's annoying to probably be asked the same four questions all the time but it's your job to be kind to people. Multiple reasons why I'm going to have to go elsewhere for glasses in the future.
