Absolute worst place to get glasses. Never got a call letting me know my glasses were done. I called and they said my glasses were off and shipped to my address only to find out that the UPS doesn't carry to my address or even the local Walmart. Then I received a call saying my glasses weren't shipped off. This whole instance happened TWICE! Glasses were supposed to be here almost 2 weeks ago and they never left the store. They did not call me AT ALL until I called to set things straight. They also are offering nothing to fix the situation. The only thing they said they'd do is give us 20% off our next purchase, which is the promotion they give to EVERYONE. Extremely disappointed.

Purposely didn't give me my pupillary distance number because I told them I was buying my glasses online and not them. Deceitful. I paid for my script, but they didn't want to give it to me because I wasn't going to pay them more. That's extortion.
