Dr. Foster and his staff from the time I walked in the door to the time of my final visit is like walking in and out of a candy store! Happy that I'm here, but even happier to leave. Everyone is smiling, helpful, and willing to make my visit like I was the King!!! May I might add, the professional quality of behind the scene with keeing a healthy clean atmosphere that made me feel it was the place to be for my eye surgery. I went with the dropless eye surgery and I'm 100% plus happy with it. Dr. Foster direction on what to expect what was going to happen step by step. He totally has a vision for my future and yours! Our eyes are so important. I must say that if you have to have cataracts removed or even more to include detached retina surgery, Drs Chen and Elnahry are the ones to contact. Both these Drs saved my eye. These Drs were amazing, thorough, educated me made sure I was okay through this 4 month journey to save my eye. Best service ever during a difficult and emotional time. We all have a choice of where to go to seek treatment at our most vulnerable time. I got my life back because of these Drs. I am grateful and thankful for Drs Chen and Elnahry. There were others along the way that provided exceptional service: at checking in (Racheal), nurses on the phone and at the surgical center (Erika, Tara, Connie, Valarie, Carla) and the staff support at the clinic (Stephanie, Lucy, Mary, Patience). So many more whose names I did not get. Thank you Baycare Eye, I am so blessed to be surrounded by an awesome team of professionals that work for our community. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the results of my Cataract surgery with Dr. Foster. He explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions. His staff and all the nurses at Aurora BayCare Eye Clinic were great and very professional in dealing with me as well as other patients that I observed. I am very pleased with the results of my cataract surgeries with Dr. Foster. He and his staff were very professional and all of my questions were answered. My procedure was dropless and many people commented how good my eyes looked even right after surgery. Thank you Dr. Foster! I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Had an appt while pregnant to have my eye condition evaluated. I asked at that time if my insurance was accepted for frames and the exam, to which I was told yes. The woman who did my first appointment was very nice and told me to come back 3 months after birth to do the tests again because hormones can impact it. I go back in July, a man does a standard eye/lens exam with no mention, focus, or testing on my eye condition. Then I go to look at frames and the woman behind the counter told me my insurance isn't accepted for frames in what I perceived as a snippy or impatient tone. While most of the staff were polite and professional, it's upsetting that 1. I couldn't get glasses, but fine maybe the first girl who told me didn't know or hear me properly, but 2. I ultimately have no answers or guidance for my condition. (if they did ANYTHING with my eye condition, they didn't mention or update me in anyway). Ultimately I'd recommend finding another clinic for eye related conditions and eye/lens exams.

Dr Foster and the staff of Baycare Eye Spexislist removed my cataracts. They were very pleasant and professional. I had dropless surgery and they answered all questions and concerns I had. They also made sure I knew what to expect thruout the process and postoperative. They made it a pleasant friendly and fast experience. I highly recommend them .

Everything from start to finish went better than I expected. I have a lot of trouble with people working around my eyes but was very comfortable with the whole BayCare Clinic team. Dr Foster took the time to explain all the options and risks associated with each. I got the upgraded lenses and can see for the first time without glasses in over 20 years. Great care. Great staff, would recommend Dr Foster to anyone needing eye care or cataract surgery.
