I called to request my son's PD MEASUREMENTS from his previous appointment to order glasses online versus going through them as i already had a poor experience from the year before. The lady refused to provide them to me and stated it was illegal. I let her know, as their parent and guardian, I should have access to their full prescription as their PD measurements information were taken She absolutely refused and said she was not going to provide it.
Lady was rude, unprofessional, not friendly. Would not recommend.

Very nice staff and very helpful during my appointment, but it took over a month for my glasses to be finished and for me to be notified. If the wait time had something to do with the holiday, i would have liked to know. My appointment was on halloween day, and i received the call they were done on dec. 2. They also pointed me towards which glasses would be completely covered by my insurance, and when i wanted to pick out one of those frames, they THEN informed me that they were commercial frames and they were not allowed to sell them to me .

In person great but trying to get a hold of anyone by phone or office is absolutely terrible!!! If you don't mind on waiting for when there ready to contact you how ever long that takes I guess no big deal but very very frustrating if you have questions....After I get my glasses I don't know that I'll go back...

This place is horrible $10.00 pattern fee with state insurance and a brown spot on my lenses when I picked them up. The entire office is outdated and dreadful and my overall experience was annoying including having to tell them to clean off examination area it was greasy as if someone just had a sweaty forehead on it yuck! When I came to pick up my glasses she stated we need to keep the old lenses?! Um no I brought designer lenses and they are mine. They don't have a quality assurance department obviously to check glasses before they give them to patients otherwise they would have noticed the flaw! I want my $10.00 back you suck!

Hales Cirners Office. Was told there was a mix up in scheduling and they called my mother but she didn't answer. No voicemail. My mother is 85 lives in Franklin, I live in Union Grove. She needs a wheelchair to go in to these appointments. She has MS. Their options were to wait around to see if there was a cancelation or reschedule for next Friday. Unacceptable. Very rude receptionist and only 2 people in the office waiting. And also store was NOT ADA accessible. Avoid them.
