Like last year at this time , I had an excellent experience at Eye Associates in Hudson,WI from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and everything that followed felt efficient, professional, and well coordinated. Dawn was fantastic -- she handled most of the exam prep and testing, including the retinal imaging handoff , and explained things clearly along the way. Dr. Harris was thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the appointment feel relaxed and reassuring. I also want to give a special thank-you to Laura in optical. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through frame and lens choices, encouraging me to try new options, and making sure I felt confident in my selections. I ended up ordering two pairs of glasses, including one special office pair to help with my distance and viewing multiple monitors. I left feeling completely confident accomplished exactly what I wanted -- and that if anything needed adjustment, the service would be there to support it. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. The process was easy, the attitudes were great, and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Eye Associates.

I recently moved to the area and was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Schwartz to help me with a concern that had just popped up. Dr Schwartz and his associates were very kind and thorough. I was clearly taught the cause of my symptoms and reassured at the same time. I was welcomed upon arrival and was very pleasantly helped through the easy process of registering as a new patient with Assiciated Eye Care.

I went to Associated Eye Care Clinic in Hudson Medical Center for Eye evaluation yesterday. The clinic is clean and tidy. Reception was excellent. Technician was knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Doctor explained the results and the procedure to be done in a calm manner. Felt safe. Thanks.

I went to Associated Eye Care in Hudson for my annual Eye Exam last week. It was my first time. I was very pleased with my experience. Front Desk Staff were friendly and efficient. The waiting area was clean, bright, and inviting. My provider was on time, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. Dr. Kiekhafer was great to work with and I will definitely be back!

It was an excellent work done in less than no time. The staff were exceptionally professional.from the moment i got there till Dr Schwartz got my cataract surgery done. They made me feel very welcome. When i was leaving , the nurse brought my jacket and did not hand it over to me but held it for me to put my hands in making sure i am alert, before she held my hand and walk me to the car. This is EXCELLENCE.

I have been a patient of Associated Eye since I was 15 years old (in my 60's now). I completely trust them with the care of my eyes!! I always brought my children there for their eye care and as adults they continue to trust them with their eye care as well! With a family history of different eye conditions, I trust them only as being the experts to deal with those conditions if I develop them.

I just had my first cataract surgery with Dr. Gary Schwartz at the Valley Surgery Center in Hudson. Not only was my doctor the BEST OF THE BEST, but everyone there was professional, kind and knowledgeable. From the time we opened the door to go in, we felt welcomed and in good hands. It was an extremely positive experience and I am very grateful for their wonderful, outstanding care. I was at ease and comfortable the whole time as they made the process very easy.
