Went in for a eye appointment and to pick out frames, the ladies at the front desk for the optometrist and eye glass frame section as well as the Doctors assistants were really nice and welcoming...the doctor not so much. Prayag Shah was pretty rude and seemed to have a attitude of some sort the moment he walked in the room up to the end of my exam. Definitely will not be back for a appointment but the frame selection was nice!

I dropped off my 94 year old Father at the door. When I came in Bea was already helping him. When I described what he wanted, and did not want, she helped me pick out some frames. Even though they were 2 pair trifocals, they were ready in 44 minutes. I don't think it was too busy because of the extreme cold outside. We came back, and she made sure to fit him right. They were a good price, with a year warranty. Bea did an outstanding job. Even though he wasn't too excited about new glasses, he admitted he could see better, and now has a spare pair for the first time in his life.

They always screw up something!! And the manager is off on Friday's?!?? I try to keep coming back because their selection is larger than most but this will probably be my last go round. It takes me about two months to finally get my glasses back and correct. :(
