Don't get glasses from Kaukauna Eye care unless you enjoy wasting money on glasses. My son got a pair of glasses that cost over $300 with the special lenses and type of frames he picked out and he didn't even get to wear them 24 hours before getting hit in the face at school and they were broken. Now Kaukauna eye care says even though there's a year warranty they aren't going to be covered since it was an "accident". Never had issues with getting glasses replaced until choosing this place. 0/10 definitely don't recommend.

The time finally came for me to need more than a drug store pair of readers so I made my appointment with Kaukauna Eye Care. Couldn't be happier with the service and product. Lee and Todd were very helpful with the the selection and fit of the glasses. Lori is so sweet and friendly when you walk in the door. Love my glasses and get tons of compliments!

I was immediately greeted by the front desk employee, who was very friendly. The eye doctor was thorough, always letting me know what he was doing in regards to my eyes. He carefully explained every test that he was doing on my eyes so that I could understand him. All in all, very thorough visit.

I've been going to this place for 16 years and they never disappoint me. I was wondering what this place would be after Dr. Ebben retired, found out they're still making you feel welcome and willing to help you in any ways possible. Cindy does a great job fitting and helping you find your new glasses, she always takes the time you deserve. Lori always welcomes you with kindness and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Magiera does a great job with your eye exam and takes his time to answer all your questions.

Ive gone here since childhood. When Dr Ebben left, the place went down hill. There is one older lady there that was so rude, and not just once. That sealed it for me to go elsewhere. The only wonderful one left is Cindy. She is a sweetheart, but I cannot get past the attitude I got from the one lady. A shame that one employee drives customers away. Plus their frame prices are very marked up. More so than other places. I found a frame I loved for over $200. I found online for $40. Ridiculous!
