Very disappointed. I went in to order an arm/temple piece for my glasses that broke, the young lady informed me that my eye glass style was no longer made. I inquired why the arm couldn't be ordered as the company still made glasses, the reply was it just wasn't available anymore because the style was obsolete. I had ordered an arm before from another location so I found that odd. I looked up dealers of the brand and took them in, they identified the style right away, looked in their catalogue of styles, then called the company directly to order the piece. It took about a week but I was very happy the parts were STILL AVAILABLE to be ordered; you just have to ask. These guys should know better and should've just called the company instead of just trying to sell me new ones.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and doctor. I *hate* any sort of medical appointment but the environment in this office is very warm and inviting. I arrived early, filled out the paperwork and was seen a few minutes earlier than scheduled which was great. They were extremely patient and helpful while I took 20 years to try on 3000 different frames because I couldn't decide and because of that I was able to find one I was extremely happy with. I highly recommend this place for eye care.

Dr. Gibson was fantastic - I love my new multifocal contacts. No more cheaters. The first pair she pulled got me back to 20/20. My reason for only four stars is that I agree with some previous comments regarding front office staff. Kind of twilight zone-ish. I never felt so unwelcome anywhere. We had also previously left voicemails at front desk and never got call backs. I would go back just for Dr. Gibson though.

Great service! I purchased a pair of frames and lenses last winter and I've had a few issues with the frames. They helped me each time and just got the manufacturer to replace them for free! My exam was thorough and I finally have lenses for my computer work. Thank you Advanced Eyecare!

I have been taking my family to Dr. Gibson for several years. They are very helpful with eyeglass selection and thorough in their exam. I highly recommend them!

Dr is fantastic, my whole family including my 5 year old go here. Very quick appointments and they ship to your house.

DR. Gibson is great but the hours are terrible and I have had the same problem as others with no return phone call trying to make appointments

Called during business hours, left a message and no one returned my call. Why have a voicemail system if you do not use it.
