The doctors here do their due diligence with exams and the assistants are friendly and helpful. My bad experience relates to glasses/frames. When i ordered glasses, I asked them what frames would best fit me, and I was told, "Any of those on the wall." I selected a frame and picked them up a week later. The frames were too wide for my face. My prescription is thick, even with the thinner index lenses, and the too-large frames had me seeing everything like a fish bowl. I came back twice and had them adjusted twice. I still cannot wear these frames (that I paid $$$ for). After all that hassle, I gave up asking. Lenscrafters told me the frame I'd bought here measured 57mm, and I needed 53mm for my eyes to align properly in the high index lenses. Small thing I thought the employees would have noticed right away here. If you need a high index glasses, I'd say make sure you get them fitted properly with the optometrist before purchasing. The front desk ladies need more training.
