Had my eye care with these guys for years. I require rigid gas permeable contacts... When my current contact was lost they ordered me more and but refused to give them to me until after my scheduled eye exam. Even though they were paid for (very expensive) and I'm quite literally blind without them. I was told it's "against the law." The doctors and nurses were nothing but professional, warm, and good at their job. The people handling me receiving my contacts are why this is a two star review. After one interaction with my new eye Care center I realized in comparison how poor the service was and I had to pass this info on.

Took my son for his first appointment. Got his prescription only to find out we need to go to an optical clinic to get the rest of it. Oh yes they have one there but you need to make an appointment and you don't get one same day. Now I have to wait until I can get back to a town with an optical center for one measurement that I'll be paying for again just to get his glasses!! Waste of time driving an hour to get there.
