I recently lost my glasses, and could not get into my regular eye clinic until April. I asked my friends on Facebook where to go. Many responded Minocqua Eye Clinic Walmart. The service from all staff was superior. The staff's happy attitude made my visit easy. Dr. Jeanne was amazing and explained more than I have ever learned from my previous eye doctors. Thank you Jeanne and Jill for making my experience delightful. You just gained a happy customer!

Terrible customer service. I don't think she has ever worked with glasses before. Could not replace a nose piece. Told us she may scratch the lenses but that would be on us. She never did get the nose piece replaced.

Due to the corona virus the vision center in minocqua wi was closed for purchasing frames or doctor appointments. I drove over an hour to purchase new frames and was turned away.The web site read that the center was open.I suggest that it should read temporary closed. Thank you Katharine Sullivan
