Walmart Vision & Glasses

Dr was nice, outcome a waste of $600.00 on two glasses with too strong of prescription. Brought glasses back...supposedly fixed after a week. Was told to try them out and come back if they were still giving problems. Stopped back two times and eye center was closed. Been wearing my old glasses to see. Finally got in a month later...now three months since the initial appt and was told they could not help me. Poor service, bad business decision

I needed my contact prescription refilled. I was told I had to have another exam, which I agreed to, even though I had to wait more than a month. Yesterday 30 minutes before my exam the optometrist assistant calls to cancels the appointment. He did however offer to reschedule a little more than a month from now. Who can wait 3 months to get their contract prescription refilled?

The best part of my recent visit was the kind, patient gentleman that did the pre-exam portion of my visit. The optometrist was also nice and professional. The one star rating was due to another male employee. When my exam was complete I was told I could go try on frames while I waited for the next employee to step in. I wasn't given any other instruction. I had been trying on frames for almost 10 minutes when this male employee sitting at one of the stations began shouting (not exaggerating) at my husband and I, that the frames we tried on were NOT to be put back! That they MUST be cleaned! While I 100% understand and appreciate their cleanliness, this was NOT the appropriate way to approach and speak to paying customers. I am not a child and I do not appreciate being publicly scolded and spoken to in a condescending manner. First of all, when my exam was complete and I was told to browse frames this could have been addressed. They could also have signs posted near the frames. If these are not options, when an employee does have to step in to address this with a customer, get your lazy, entitled, rear-end out of your chair, walk across the room, and politely address your policy with your customer. Due to this atrocious employee, we decided to purchase frames and move our business to a different location.

Been going here for 10 years and every experience has been pleasant! Dr. Jennifer is knowledgeable and kind! Starla is patient, sweet and most helpful in finding the perfect frames to complement my face!

I think this is a great optical center with wonderful people! I had to take my 4 year old there to get glasses and they were all so great with her. Glasses and contacts come in quickly and the people are knowledgeable.

The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable! I was pleasantly surprised at how great this visit was, even though I went there as a last resort. I'll be going back as a first choice next time ! Thanks !

Great service and everyone had a smile on their face. Eye doctor was very kind and she explained everything clearly. All in all great experience.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They are so positive and keep all the steps of the appointment moving along in a seamless manner. Highly recommend!
