We really like Dr. Kolar and his staff. We're sad that we need to move our entire family's eyecare elsewhere. But after they broke my glasses, strung me along for over a month without returning calls that they promised to make, and then ultimately put the liability for the breakage on me, we're left with little recourse. Whatever you do, don't let them anywhere near your eyeglasses, unless you're looking to buy yourself a full-price new pair on your own dime! Dr. Kolar and Staff: We know that you're better than this, it's time for you to regroup!
