Best customer service I have had in a long time. From the minute I walked in Laura P was all over it! Greeted with a big warm smile. I explained my situation at another location that was horrible. I had to come back three times to pick out frames because the people helping me out were not Knowledgeable when it came to finding me the right Frames to fit my prescription. I was so frustrated that I asked for a refund. Laura P listened Patiently. I told her what I was looking for in a frame. We went over to the frame rack and she handed me the first frame grabbed and wouldn't you know it, they were perfect. Just what I was looking for. Laura was so Knowledgeable helping me with what I needed to have in my lenses. The whole process took 15 minutes. I am a very satisfied customer!

Great experience at Wisconsin Vision. Kristine was friendly and knowledgable about my special eye needs. She listened to my concerns and then pointed out the frames she thought I would like, without me needing to sort through the whole store. She was wonderful to work with and when I was indecisive, she reiterated the pros and cons that I had mentioned about each frame when I tried them on. I got a pair of very cute frames, just a little out of my comfort zone, which I'm sure will make me very happy. I can't wait to see through my new glasses!! Thank you!

It was my first time getting my eyes checked in a couple of years and the store manager Derek Julien went out of his way to make my glasses experience a real joy.. he not only helped me find a new pair of glasses but helped me find a pair that makes me feel confident and compliments me facial structure.
