Incredible customer service. Everyone was very polite and attentive. They got me to the back for my exam quickly and were very thorough and explained everything well. Emilie was the person who helped me pick my glasses and she was so thoughtful and patient in making sure everything was gonna fit right and be comfortable. She even noticed my old frames that I had been wearing for almost a decade, one of the arms was falling off and was tapped back together by me. Emilie offered to see if they had any frames that would fit my existing lens and that way I would have functioning glasses till my new ones came in. She took the time to look for the frames and afterwards made sure that they fit comfortably. The best customer service experience I have had yet!!!! Best place to get glasses with the kindest and most attentive people. Thank you again Emilie and to everyone else who helped me that day.

The experience at America's Best was as always very professional and excellent where it relates to customer service. The young lady Callie is a very approachable and customer friendly employee who I would recommend in a important business environment. I recommend this place.

I just got done getting my eye exam i have to say Emilie was amazing! She was straight forward on what she would do with my type of frames. She even gave me the best options to make sure my glasses are safe. 10/10!!! Straight to the point yet awesome to coversate with.

Great service! They have optometrists to do your exams not an assistant. Plus write a script if you are having eye issues. Full one stop service. No need to see someone else. They are all great at making you feel like you are the most important customer in the store.

They went above and beyond to help me out with the process and completion to get my glasses. Found my insurance company and applied all coupons and discounts to save me almost half off. Adriana was fabulous helping with frames and tints. Highly recommend America's Best Racine

I've used America's Best for years, various locations depending on where I've lived. They are always good service and quality eyewear. Yesterday I had an issue I didn't think could be resolved but Ares, at the Racine location, really took the time to help and make sure everything is perfect. They are an excellent employee.

The staff were great and the doctor was very thorough and informative. The staff helped me to pick the right frames and helped me to get the best deal on the exam and glasses. Would definitely recommend.
