I went in with questions about a pair of glasses I had gotten at another optical place here in Racine because that place didn't seem to want to help, the staff at Pearle Vision were amazing they took time to look at my old prescription and new one and gave me some recommendations on what I could do. Thank you again and I will definitely be back when I need a new pair of glasses!

She answered questions with understandable and detailed information and seemed more interested in my eye health than in just selling more services or products. The doctor is PHENOMENAL! She is so sweet and is very thorough. I had a very good experience. However, I cannot give five stars because of my experience when I picked up my glasses. The lady was not nice. There is a gentleman that helped me place my order and he was extremely nice! If it was just him or people like him, this place would be perfect!
