I WOULD NEVER COME BACK NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I was told by the receptionist my insurance allows me 1 eye exam for free per year. THAT WAS THE ONLY reason i made the appointment. But once it was done they said I owed them $125 because of my 'cornea' they had to put it thru my medical......i mean I get that the doctor has to do what's best for the customer but SHOULDN'T THEY TELL THE CUSTOMER ABOUT THE $125 BEFORE THEY AGREED TO IT??? Thats like me taking my car for breaks and them telling me it's covered by insurance then telling me i owe them money when i pick it up because there were more problems... NO you call the customer and tell them 'hey i know i told you your insurance will cover it but now we're looking at it, it's gonna cost you some money. Do you wanna proceed with this?' I walked in thinking i was spending next to nothing But because of my cornea, the doctor didn't want to prescribe me anything and I still had to pay $125 that they never told me about... basically I'm out $125 and have nothing to show for.
