Vision Clinic-Dr Savin & Associates

First time at the clinic and I had such a wonderful experience! Dr. Bruce Savin is the best ! He is such a kind and genuine soul! We had great conversation the whole time! He was very knowledgeable in his field and answered all my questions and concerns. I am so happy to have found this clinic ! ^_^

This place is really great and I've been going there and taking my kids there for the last 5 or 6 years. Great service, most of the staff is very friendly and there's this lady with long brownish hair that's super awesome. She works at the reception area and she goes out of her way to make sure my kids and I and my husband are satisfied. I would give it 5 stars but my only complaint is that I called on a Saturday to make an ointment and they were closed. But their message says that their hours on a Saturday day that they're open until 1pm I added the fifth start because of your reply. Most places wouldn't have replied in the first place, and rarely ever admit to the issue and act on it. Thank you for letting me know it isn't a regular detour from your schedule.

Definitely recommend this eye clinic! They make things easy and stress free unlike most eye places. They got rid of all their rude staff, and now have some incredible people! It's a completely different atmosphere now. Shout out to Amanda at the front desk who is so kind and always makes sure you're taken care of! Will continue to come here even though I live an hour away!

Dr. Andersen has been my optometrist for decades. In my opinion, he is the best around. He is spot on with my contact lenses and glasses prescriptions. His staff has always worked with me if any issues have come up. I can't imagine what I'll do when he decides to retire. I shudder to even think of it.

Everyone in the office is wonderful! They are all very thorough and pleasant! My glasses are always perfect!

I went to the Vision Clinic for the first time after many years of chain store exams. What an experience...it started with the first room the girl was patient and explained each machine. The exam itself was very thorough Dr Savin was amazing. But my favorite part was picking out my frames Nikisha and Yolanda made it easy and fun I couldn't decide which pair to get so i had to get both pairs and will be getting my sunglasses that i picked out when I pick up my new glasses. Dr Savins office is a must if you want the best eye exams, best service and they defiantly have the best selection of eyeglasses in town hands down!!!

Dr Savin is excellent at explaining eye related issues. He goes above and beyond to make sure your eyes are healthy and you feel like an important, valued patient!

My 11 year old went in for glasses staff had her pick any frame she wanted however unbeknownst she picked a women's frame not realizing and there professionalism failed to advise otherwise. My wife noticed when we picked them up they looked to big for her being a child. They confirmed they sold her women's frames with no professional advise and agreed to let her pick a child's frame this time with more guidance. They then advised they will resend them and we will be given a refund of the difference from the women's frame to the child frame pricing when the new ones are picked up. We'll low an behold upon pick up I was told the first frames were childrens frame and they only restyled her frame as we disapproved of the first one so there was no refund. Upon me of course getting upset the staff member insisted there were no notes about anything (not my problem) and she didn't know anything and argued with me. So instead of her taking the concern an perhaps researching my claim and maybe calling me back would have been the appropriate thing to do but instead of insisting the frame was a child's frame and no difference in price therefore due to the restyling therefore no refund. I ultimately hung up as of course im upset she's speaking as if she knows what's going on instead of understanding we have a concern. When we went in the staff stated a manager authorized an agreed she sold an adult frame with poor professional direction and agreed with the concern and corrected the situation very professional but today the female staff was very unprofessional has an extreme lack of customer service skills and in my opinion is bad for your business . We will take our losses an take our business to another place that provides professionalism and courteous customer service. It only takes one bad apple. Unfortunately for her we advise others to beware as they clearly are ok with providing minimal expertise being eye care professionals an making the customer fully accountable. Shame on Dr Savin vision clinic. I'd be more than happy to take an application to provide better service than I was given; as great customer service can not be taught and she clearly needs a different field of work. Next time try to make your wrong right so I'm the last customer you force away.
