Dr. Randall Zieth performed a comprehensive eye exam and issued a prescription for new glasses. When the glasses arrived, they were not just right - vision was not as clear as I anticipated. Dr. Zieth performed a no-charge, follow-up examination and sent the glasses back to have them redone. They are now perfect! BTW, very friendly staff.

I went to America's Best a few months ago to get an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses for 69.00. But I was interested in Varilux lenses so I found an Optometrist near me that handles Varilux. That was Visioncare Associates. I had an eye examine and the doctor advised that my America's Best prescription was off slightly. I then paid just over 400.00 for a pair of glasses with Varilux lenses. I thought it would be worth the cost. But when those glasses arrived and I went to try them I found them to be unusable. I was advised to take them home and try them for a week and meanwhile the person I was working with scheduled an appointment to double check my prescription through another exam. He advised that this time, at least one of my eyes was actually the same as the America's Best prescription. He said don't worry the lenses are guaranteed to work and I won't get stuck with them. So I asked them to give me regular bifocals because I didn't want to experiment any further with Varilux. I honestly don't know if the issue was that the prescription wasn't correct or that as they advised me after there was an issue that some people can't adapt to Varilux. Either way, when I picked up my new bifocals today they seem to be good as you would expect. I asked if I would be credited for the more expensive Varilux lenses and charged instead for the less expensive lenses ( I assumed 200 or so.) but I was told "We don't usually do that" and "Do you want me to make an appeal to the doctor and call you?" Of course I did want her to do that and she called me shortly after I got home and said the doctor's answer was no. the reason she gave was that they bear the cost of the remake. If that is so then it seems to me that one of two things is true. Either the lens supplier and the doctor are both assuming that the issue with the lenses was my fault or they don't care whose fault is is. And when the doctor said the lenses are guaranteed and you won't get stuck with lenses that don't work, it seems to me that isn't exactly so, is it?

Being a wheelchair bound person, the staff at Visioncare went above and beyond by helping me during my visit by not only doing the ordinary of pushing me around to where I needed to be in their office, but helped movemy leg on and off a leg rest several times because they knew my leg was painful. I deeply appreciate the people who work at Visioncare great customer care.

Caring staff who work together, apparent before you walk in the door! From setting the appointment to visiting/eye exam with Dr. Zeith, then having help trying on contacts and follow up appointments. Thank you Visioncare Associates!

If you like snarky remarks from the assistants because you're wearing a mask and unsolicited vaccine misinformation from Dr Zieth, then this is the place for you. Having already been on the fence about this place, given his total disregard for my daughter's visual disturbances, this was a clear sign that it's time to find my family a new doc.

Dr Roeder and Dr Zeith are life savers for me. I couldn't enjoy life at all without their help ! Thank you Butch and Randy !!!

Fantastic eye Doctors and staff. Moved away and we still drive back to Ripon for eye care. Best of the Best!

The staff was very awesome. I just didn't like how long it took to get my glasses.
