Absolutely outstanding care! Great Lakes Family Vision truly goes above and beyond for their patients. The entire team is incredibly caring, professional, and kind -- you can tell they genuinely love what they do. I've never experienced any delays or long waits, and every visit feels smooth and stress-free. The doctors take their time to explain everything clearly and make sure you're completely comfortable. The staff is fantastic, and the level of attention to detail is second to none. I couldn't recommend Great Lakes Family Vision more highly -- they set the standard for what exceptional eye care should be!

I've been a patient with Great Lakes, many, many, years. If I'm having any kind of problems with my new prescription, I can just walk in, talk to any of the employees,( their ALL so knowledgeable), tell them what's going on, and seriously they won't let me leave until my problem is solved. I've been working with(Tracy, she treats me like she would be treating her own mother. I actually feel so close to her, I call her my other daughter,lol). Then theirs Connie, she also treats me like I could be her mother. She treats me with so much respect, always concerned about my well being. Then there's Jennifer, I just had her today. She was so helpful today,and full of knowledge as well. She would not let me go until she new forsure I could see. She worked with me for quite a while. Phones would ring,customer's coming in, and she still would not leave my side. Dr. PEDERSON, well you will have to come in to see for yourself , to see All the knowledge, experience, and a amazing bed side manner,that I guarantee you will leave with a smile on your face,eyes just sparkling, ( now that you can see), and a heart that's full, . I then walk out am so happy how I was treated. Thanks guys, keep doing what you're doing. Truly all of you will not walk out unhappy . Thanks again... Great Lakes Family Vision.....:)

I called Great Lakes Family Vision to make an eye appointment and Jennifer was amazing. I had some insurance issues and Jennifer went above and beyond to help me. She was very professional and compassionate. I can't thank her enough for all her effort to help me in this matter.

Jennifer went out of her way to help me! She was locking up the place when I pulled in. I asked if she could help me and she agreed to reopen. She was terrific!

I had my elderly wheelchair bound friend whose glasses kept sliding off her nose, she told Jennifer they even fell in the toilet! Jennifer took such care & was kind, with a fantastic smile, in helping my friend Sally refit her glasses. Sally left very happy. Thanks very much for your help today. Customer service still matters and we received the best.

Went to several different places that said they couldn't access my insurance so I was denied. Great Lakes was not only able to access it but scheduled an appt immediately. Good Stuff,

The best team around! My mom and I have been coming here for years, and it's always been a great experience. Dr. Pedersen is a wonderful doctor, he makes everything easy to understand. Every member of the staff is so helpful from choosing new frames to dealing with insurance and costs. Tracy has never failed to help me find the perfect frames! I highly recommend getting the images of your eyes done, it was very informative to have the doctor explain the parts of the eye and how they work, not to mention it was just plain cool. Basically, you can't go wrong bringing yourself and your family here.

This was the worst optometrist experience I've ever had. Waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment, and they helped people who walked in 30-45 minutes after me first. When I finally was brought in for my examination, I waited about 20 minutes for the doctor in a shut room by myself. About a 2.5 hour visit total. A month has gone by and I just got my glasses, and the prescription is totally wrong and they didn't clean out my frames (they're clear so I can tell), after saying that they did. They also fitted me for contacts, but gave me a different prescription than what I tried on at my appointment. I am getting this fixed and never going back again.
