This was my first visit to this clinic and wish I had known about them sooner. The staff were incredible. Very professional, caring. This facility has very high technology equipment, I had not seen anything quite like that before. Dr. Josh was so awesome! So easy to talk with and answered all questions that I asked. Great team!!!

I went to the Spooner office on a friday, my first time here. A couple of the staff members were complaining about being short staffed. One in particular could not stop talking about how short staffed they were. It kind of made me feel uncomfortable, almost like they wanted me to leave. I could hear the staff member in the back complaining that everybody was wanting to get glasses today, while I stood there waiting to get mine. I work in healthcare, we never tell our patients that we are short staffed, it's unprofessional. The eye doctor was kind and thorough.
