I was appointed as the personal representative (executor) of my brother-in-law's estate. We had the decedent's home to sell. We retained the services of Rick and his company to sell that home. I am located over 350 miles from the property, which made my personal resources limited. Rick went above and beyond of what I would expect a realtor to do. He found person and companies which could do the work I needed. Unfortunately for Rick, I won't have any further use for his services as the distance prohibits that.
