Dr. Springstroh offers great care and insight. He is genuinely concerned about my daughter's progress with her vision. He has a great bed-side manner and takes the time to listen. Under his care, my daughter's eye health has improved tremendously!! Our family has recommended his service and this office to others we know. I've been going here for years, the past 2 I had to go to Frohdert due to retinol bleeding, and they call me late afternoon to cancel as they no longer accept my insurance. I understand things change, but I was asked if I still had the same insurance at the time of making appointment. I'm diabetic so had they told me last week, I could have sought an appropriate clinic. What made it worse was her nasty attitude when she called to cancel. Manners people , show some respect. I must edit my review due to CORY A. SPRINGSTROH O.D. I can only say if there were more people like him in this world it wouldn't be the way it is. Because of him the clinic called me back and saw me. The conversation I had with him made me feel comfortable and blessed to know there are still good people in this world, it mattered to just one person that an exam was important being diabetic. Thank you, very much
